As a member of Phi Beta Chi, and as part of the Recruitment team I decided to use my photography/advertising skills to help us with appealing to more members. We are a smaller sorority, with a limited budget so recruitment for us is usually very bland compared to the "big name" organizations out there. Our theme for the semester was "Say Yes to the Crest" (a theme based off the name of the television show "Say Yes to the Dress"). I arranged a photo shoot along with creating a composite photo (something we have never had before), and creating theme appropriate invitations to events to boost our appeal as a group to girls looking to become a part of Greek Life.
